New Post: Design Questions/Suggestions

fyi it is now up on github https://github.com/ExcelDataReader/ExcelDataReader

As far as contributing to that basically the workflow is:

1. Fork the repository
2. Get an issue to work on, make some changes
3. Send a pull request to ask a maintainer (currently me) to merge back into the original repository
   

I'll be starting to add issues, features to the issue list for discussion. Feel free to add any of your own.
